National Planning Practice Guidance Portal
The Planning Practice Guidance portal, published by the Government, includes a section about neighbourhood planning. This contains advice on the neighbourhood planning system introduced by the Localism Act including key stages and decisions (e.g. deciding neighbourhood areas, the legal tests for neighbourhood plans and the process of independent examination and referendum).

Planning Advisory Service
The Local Government Association Planning Advisory Service (PAS) provides 'practitioner' support with many useful articles and tool kits.
Planning Aid England
Planning Aid provides free and independent professional planning advice to community groups and individuals who cannot afford to pay professional fees. Planning Aid offers advice and support on neighbourhood planning matters, including several downloadable briefing notes.

Locality - Roadmap Guide to Neighbourhood Planning
Locality is the national network for community-led organisations and has published a very useful 'Neighbourhood Planning Roadmap Guide'.

Cornwall AONB Management Plan
The Cornwall AONB Management Plan sets out the agenda for the management of the protected landscape by the Cornwall AONB Partnership and others. It was adopted by Cornwall Council cabinet in May 2016.
The Cornwall AONB Management Plan - Fowey Ria and Polperro Coast
This section of the AONB consists of the Fowey Ria and its tributaries and extends south of Lostwithiel, west of Fowey over Gribbin Head to the coast near Par Sands and eastwards to Portlooe on the outskirts of West Looe.
